Return Eligibility

All returned products must remain in unused, unopened, and intact condition with original packaging retained, ensuring secondary sales eligibility. Products with man-made damage, used traces, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for return application.
Refund Processing Timeline
After we receive and verify the returned products completely conform to return standards, the official refund process will be initiated. The refund will be credited to the customer’s original payment account within 5 to 10 working days. The specific arrival time shall be subject to the processing rules of the customer’s payment institution.
